Role Description The AI-First Full-Stack Product Developer is a remote, contract role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications with a solid focus on integrating AI capabilities into product features. Day-to-day work includes developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow between AI models and user-facing components.



The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and data/ML engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant solutions. The developer will also optimize user experience, manage code quality through testing and reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development toolkit, architecture, and deployment pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience in building production-grade web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UI design.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with databases or cloud services.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services or APIs into products, and familiarity with AI-first design principles.
