Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Ahmedabad. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations and room assignments,



and responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and effective manner. The Front Office Executive will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms and services are delivered as promised, maintain accurate records in hotel systems, and manage the front desk area to project a professional image. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest feedback, assisting with billing and payments, and supporting lobby operations to provide a smooth, friendly, and consistent guest experience.
