Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Edtech Sales role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and engaging institutional and corporate clients, presenting VISCO India’s Edtech offerings, and driving end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure. The person in this role will conduct product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.



Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal product and operations teams, tracking performance against targets, and providing market feedback to support product improvement. The role also requires regular client meetings, participation in events or presentations, and accurate reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in Edtech, SaaS, or technology-based solutions selling to institutions or enterprises.
Relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Presentation and communication skills, including delivering demos and creating explicit, compelling proposals.
Analytical and research skills for understanding client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
