About the Role
Monterra Global Acres is looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, manage branch sales operations and drive property sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience , strong team-management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.





The role involves managing the complete sales process, including lead management, client meetings, property site visits, negotiations and deal closures.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4–5 years of skilled experience specifically in Real Estate Sales.
- Current or previous experience with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, Real Estate Consultancy or Property Sales Company.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial property sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Real Estate Sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving Real Estate sales targets.
- Strong experience in lead management, client follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
- Experience managing clients and channel partners.
- MBA in Business Administration / Management is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Willing to work from the Gurugram office and attend property site visits.
