To manage end-to-end operations of CAT loan products, ensuring productive
processing, disbursement, documentation, compliance, and portfolio servicing
while maintaining high accuracy, risk control, and customer service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end loan operations from login to disbursement.
2. Ensure accurate verification of loan applications, documents, and
eligibility.
3. Coordinate with credit, sales, and legal teams for approvals.
4. Manage loan booking and disbursement within defined TATs.
5. Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation.
6. Maintain compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory
requirements.
7. Ensure proper execution of agreements, security creation, and custody.
8. Conduct periodic documentation audits.

Functional Responsibilities:

1.



Manage day-to-day loan operations activities across CAT portfolio.
2. Monitor workflows and ensure productivity and efficiency.
3. Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
4. Maintain MIS and operational dashboards.
5. Oversee post-disbursement activities such as: EMI setup and tracking,
Customer queries and servicing, Prepayments, closures, and foreclosure
cases.
6. Ensure smooth coordination with collections team.
7. Manage vendors such as field verification agencies, legal vendors, and
document custodians.
8. Liaise with credit, sales, collections, and IT teams.
9. Ensure seamless coordination across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
