Role Description: This is an end-to-end sales role — from identifying new opportunities and generating leads to client meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiations and closing.
You’ll work closely with architects, builders, developers, consultants and end customers, understand project requirements and take ownership of opportunities through to order closure and handover.

? What you’ll be doing
• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings and project/site visits
• Understand requirements and coordinate technical proposals & quotations




• Manage the sales pipeline and drive opportunities towards closure
• Negotiate commercially within company guidelines
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth order handover
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports and follow-ups
• Follow up on receivables and ensure timely payments

? Who we’re looking for
• Strong experience in B2B sales, business development or field sales
• Background in elevators, real estate, construction, infrastructure or capital equipment is preferred
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with client meetings, site visits and regular travel
• Commercially driven, organised and strong on follow-through
• Able to work independently while collaborating with technical and project teams
• Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office and digital platforms
• An engineering, business or marketing background is an advantage, but what matters
