The brand currently features four flavors—Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry—designed for conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts. Bubz focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade to reach consumers where they already shop, with premium packaging that fits active, on-the-go lifestyles. The company aims to make functional drinks mainstream in India by combining health benefits with a cool, social, and aspirational soda experience.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Experiential Marketing and Partnerships skilled. The role involves planning and executing brand experiences, pop-ups, samplings,



and event activations that showcase Bubz across relevant consumer touchpoints. The individual will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with gyms, cafes, co-working spaces, event organizers, and brand collaborators to drive awareness and trial. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing event logistics and budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand representation. The role also requires developing creative concepts, gathering consumer insights from on-ground activations, and supporting broader marketing campaigns and launches.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, or event management, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
