Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and display to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad accounts, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data,



and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve key metrics. The role involves collaborating with creative and brand teams to align marketing messages with the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling, as well as preparing regular performance reports and recommendations. The specialist will also explore new growth opportunities, test different performance marketing strategies, and ensure campaigns reflect the brand’s values and audience preferences.
Qualifications
Solid performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing.
