Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across key social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics,



optimize campaigns, and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. This position includes collaborating with design, engineering, and leadership teams to translate complex product stories into accessible, compelling content. The role also requires staying current with social media trends, running experiments, and reporting insights to refine the company’s overall digital presence.
Qualifications

Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and improve cross-platform campaigns.
Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Experience with Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with business goals, and targeting relevant audiences.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube dashboards) to track performance and inform
