Role Description The Project Manager – Fitouts is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end interior fitout projects for commercial real estate spaces. The role includes planning project timelines and budgets, coordinating with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all work aligns with client specifications, building standards,



and safety regulations. The Project Manager will monitor site progress, conduct inspections, manage expediting of materials and services, and resolve day-to-day issues to keep projects on schedule and within cost. This position also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating project status to clients and leadership to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Solid project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing fitout or construction projects.
Hands-on experience with expediting and expeditor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
