Role Description The Speech Therapist for MTV Goa will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals experiencing speech, language, and communication disorders in an in office setting in Panaji. This full-time role involves conducting individualized therapy sessions, creating and updating treatment plans,



and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Speech Therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care and effective intervention strategies. Responsibilities also include educating families about therapy goals, monitoring progress, and participating in outreach or awareness activities related to communication and swallowing difficulties. The role requires a strong commitment to serving underprivileged and marginalized communities in alignment with The Hans Foundation’s mission.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention across age groups.
Strong understanding of Speech and Language Disorders, with the ability to design individualized treatment plans.
Experience working with Communication Disorders, supporting clients with articulation, fluency, and voice difficulties.
