Role Description The Volunteer & Leadership Coordinator (Social Impact) is a full time, on-site role based in Rewa. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers across programs in education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and rural development. The Coordinator will design and deliver volunteer training sessions, develop schedules, assign responsibilities,



and provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to volunteers and emerging community leaders. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing community outreach activities, maintaining volunteer records, monitoring participation and engagement, and ensuring that volunteers have the resources and support they need to succeed. The role also involves collaborating with program teams, strengthening partnerships with local stakeholders, and contributing to reporting, impact measurement, and continuous improvement of volunteer-led initiatives.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard, guide, and develop volunteers and community leaders.
