Role Overview

We’re growing our marketing team and looking for a smart, hands-on Growth Marketer who wants unusual ownership early in their career.

You won’t be boxed into one channel. You’ll write conversion copy, dig into data, troubleshoot dashboards, research ICPs, build prospect lists, run experiments, and learn enough technical tooling to ship changes yourself.

The three things we care about most:

1. You can write copy that gets the right buyer to act.
2. You learn unfamiliar tools and concepts extremely quickly.
3. You can reason through data and independently figure out what is actually happening.

If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem you’ve never seen before and thinks “I can figure this out,” this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

Write conversion-focused landing pages, ads, emails, sales content, and website copy.
Understand buyers deeply enough to identify the pain, angle, proof, and offer most likely to move them.
Analyze marketing, sales, pipeline, and product data to understand what is working and what is not.




Investigate dashboards and reports when the numbers don’t make sense.
Identify patterns in customers and pipeline to help us understand our strongest ICPs.
Research and build targeted company/contact lists for Sales based on those ICPs.
Help design, run, and evaluate growth and GTM experiments.
Research buyers, competitors, markets, channels, and current opportunities.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor to research, analyze, write, automate work, and solve technical problems.
Learn Git/GitHub and make basic website or analytics changes through pull requests.
Learn new tools and channels as our marketing evolves.

You do not need previous experience with every item above. We expect you to learn what you do not know.
