Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute,



and optimize digital campaigns that support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and publishing web and social content, tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, and preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves collaborating with the strategy and content teams to align digital activities with brand guidelines, coordinating with designers for creative assets, and monitoring trends in digital marketing and social platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will also contribute to campaign ideation, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization to improve engagement and lead generation.
