Role Description The Political Social Media & Creative Executive – Punjabi is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mohali district, with a combination of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves developing, writing, and producing engaging Punjabi-language content for political social media channels, including posts, reels, short videos, and stories aligned with campaign objectives.



The executive will manage daily social media calendars, monitor trends, and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement. They will coordinate with campaign teams, designers, and video editors to plan and execute creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, gathering audience insights, and refining content approaches while maintaining sensitivity to local culture, language nuances, and political context.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Punjabi (written and spoken) and good command of English or Hindi for cross-team communication.
Experience creating social media content for political, social, or public-interest campaigns, including posts, scripts, and captions.
Ability to plan and manage social media calendars, including basic understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
