About Us

We build training data to train the next generation of Vision Language Actions (VLA) and World Foundation Models (WFMs). It is one of the hardest open problems in physical AI.

What You Will Do

We’re hiring someone to lead strategic growth projects and assist in running our US operations. This is a high-ownership role: you would own the P&L; for projects and operations; work closely with our vendors, operators, and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills




Can manage and scale a contributor base of thousands of people
Is comfortable forecasting data demand and contributor/supply capacity
Can work closely with customers and vendors to unblock operations and drive growth
Is comfortable overlapping with EST/PST hours

The role is based in India for now. Compensation has no cap and bonuses are very strongly linked to the PnL you own.
