About Us

We build training data to train the next generation of Vision Language Actions (VLA) and World Foundation Models (WFMs). It is one of the hardest open problems in physical AI.

What You Will Do

We’re hiring someone to lead strategic growth projects and assist in running our India operations. This is a high-ownership role: you would own the P&L; for projects and operations; work closely with our vendors, operators, and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.

We’re looking for someone who:

Typically worked with companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, Zepto
Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills




Is comfortable forecasting data demand and contributor/supply capacity
Can work closely with our vendors to unblock operations and drive growth
Can build SOPs for high quality capture and enforce them within our network
Is comfortable travelling (up to 25%)

The role is based in India for now. Compensation has no cap and bonuses are very strongly linked to the PnL you own.
