About the Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn marketing expert to own and scale our presence on the platform as the primary channel for brand building, thought leadership, and B2B lead generation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate a professional-services value proposition into content and campaigns that generate qualified conversations with CFOs, CISOs, audit committees, and finance and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the LinkedIn organic and paid strategy aligned to service lines (Risk Consulting, Cybersecurity and Privacy, Data and AI, Digital Transformation, Business Finance Advisory).
Manage the company page and ghostwrite / co-create content for founder and leadership personal profiles to establish thought leadership.
Plan and run a content calendar: posts, carousels, articles, polls, and short-form video, with transparent themes and cadence.
Design and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms), including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.




Build and segment Audience and Account lists for account-based marketing to target industries and decision-maker titles.
Own the full funnel from impression to marketing-qualified lead, including lead capture, routing, and handoff to business development.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, CTR, cost per lead, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm changes, ad formats, and B2B best practices.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrable focus on LinkedIn (organic and paid).
Proven track record of growing engagement and generating qualified leads (portfolio or case studies required).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator.
Strong copywriting skills for a professional / executive audience.
Working knowledge of analytics and reporting (LinkedIn Analytics plus tools like Google Analytics or a CRM).
