Job Description Key purpose of the role:
NDrive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes. This is a dedicated, full time role.

- Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects. N
- Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps. N
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals. N

n Program Definition & Governance

- Establish projectcharters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms. N
- Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative. N
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions. N





n Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation. N
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives. N
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks. N

n Execution Excellence

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. N
- Monitor benefits realization and business outcomes post implementation. N
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. N

n Strategic Reporting

- Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes. N
- Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms. N

n n Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution
