We are Hiring: Head of Sales & Marketing (B2B Capital Equipment) n

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to take ownership of our growth in the B2B Capital Equipment sector (CNC machines, Lasers, etc.). n
Selling high-ticket machinery involves long sales cycles, technical quotations, and multiple stakeholders. We are looking for a leader who can build a predictable sales pipeline, ensure no deal goes cold, and scale our sales engine. n
The Core Mission: n
n Build a predictable B2B sales pipeline, replace founder-led sales efforts, and close high-ticket machinery deals. n
⚙️ Key Responsibilities: n
n Technical Sales Leadership: Hire and lead sales engineers who can effectively communicate the difference in spindle speeds, laser wattages, and axis tolerances to buyers. n
n Pipeline & CRM Mastery:



Implement and champion a CRM tool to systematically track every lead from the first call to the final PO (no relying on notebooks or memory)n
n Marketing & Expos: Drive inbound leads through digital marketing/SEO and capture outbound leads by organizing booths at major engineering expos (e.g., #Engimach, #IMTEX, #STONA, #IndiaWood, etc). n
n Full-Cycle Execution: Oversee lead capture, technical qualification (verifying budget, timeline, and exact application), application demos (running sample cuts), and closing (securing advance payments and signing contracts). n
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: n
n• 5+ years of experience in technical B2B capital equipment sales. n
n• CRM Expert: Proven experience implementing and systematically using CRM platforms. n
n• Value Seller: An excellent technical communicator who sells on value and ROI, not just price and discounts. n
n• Robust Closer: Confident in handling objections (price, warranty, competitors) and not afraid to ask for the PO and negotiate payment ter
