About the Role

Total Ingredients is looking for driven, recently graduated candidates from Tier 1 institutions to join our organization as Executive Assistants to the CEO.

This is a hands-on role focused on Business and Operations, providing an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team and gain first-hand exposure to how the business operates on a day-to-day basis.

As we scale, we are looking for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company. This role is designed as a launchpad for high-potential talent,



with a transparent path to taking on larger responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the company expands.

Since our teams collaborate closely with US counterparts, this role requires flexibility to work across India and US time zones, including attending meetings and calls during overlapping hours.

What You'll Do
Business
Support market and customer data analysis, sales pipeline tracking, business reporting, and go-to-market initiatives.
Assist leadership with research, analysis, and preparation of business insights.
Operations
Support process improvement initiatives, vendor and supply chain coordination, inventory tracking, and quality checks.
Identify operational gaps and assist in implementing process improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
Coordinate and communicate regularly with both India and US teams.
Attend calls and meetings that fall within overlapping India-US working hours.
