Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CI-DS / Cloud Integration for Data Services
- Strong experience with IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA
- Good hands-on integration knowledge of SAP BW
- Experience configuring and managing data integration flows
- Knowledge of master and transactional data integration between IBP and source systems
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading
- Solid troubleshooting skills for CI-DS jobs and integration failures
- Understanding of end-to-end SAP supply-chain planning and integration processes

Good-to-Have Skills
- SAP CPI / Cloud Integration exposure
- SAP HANA knowledge
- Experience with IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, or S&OP;
- Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects
