Role Description The Sales Manager role at Erum India is a full-time position. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and build robust relationships with clients across target sectors such as fashion retail, automotive, packaging, household goods, and road safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, preparing proposals and presentations,



and negotiating contracts to meet revenue and growth targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs, track market trends, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Sales Manager will also represent the company at meetings and industry events, promoting sustainable solutions and supporting the RTS program.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales planning, business development, and account management, with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within sectors such as fashion retail, packaging, household goods.
- Strong Network among retailers/ buyers for Garment manufacturers, retailers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
