Role Overview
The Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across the company and its operating properties. The role will also coordinate and oversee the work of a small accounts team, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, followed up, and completed accurately and on time. Through accurate reporting,



solid financial controls, effective team coordination, and timely closure of financial activities, this role supports informed decision-making and the overall financial health of the company.

● Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple properties.
● Track and update property-wise expenses and project expenses.
● Process salary, vendor, property partner, rent, software and other regular payments.
