compassionate patient care in ICU, OT, and OPD settings N
- Administer medication and maintain complete nursing documentation and patient records N
- Monitor vital signs, assist in procedures, and manage advanced equipment (Ventilator, CRRT, Hemodynamic Monitoring, etc.) N
- Support doctors and multi-disciplinary teams for effective patient recovery N
- Educate patients and families with empathy, ensuring patient safety and comfort N
- Maintain hospital hygiene, infection control, and uphold Max Healthcares standards of care N
