Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards
N n Reports to: Accountable Manager
N n Purpose:
NTo manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.
N n Key Responsibilities:
N n* Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.
N* Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.
N* Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.




N* Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.
N* Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.
N* Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).
N* Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.
N* Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.
N* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.
N n Competency:
N nRelevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
