NLetstute is an eLearning and digital content company working on educational, training and content-development solutions for businesses and institutions.
NWe are looking for a Senior Business Development – B2B who can take ownership of acquiring new corporate clients and generating revenue through our eLearning and content solutions.
NThis is a target-driven business development role and is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, speaking with decision-makers, conducting sales discussions and closing new business.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across relevant industries and markets. N
- Generate leads independently through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals and other outbound channels. N
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Training Heads, CXOs, Procurement Heads and Business Owners. N
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their business and content requirements. N




- Pitch and present Letstute's eLearning, digital learning and content-development solutions. N
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and client meetings. N
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions for clients. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. N
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. N
- Negotiate commercials and close new business. N
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals and closures. N
- Build long-term relationships with acquired clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. N
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N
