N n The Role
nWe are hiring a senior individual contributor to own new customer acquisition for ZEISS VisioGen in the US market, working from Bangalore on US hours. This is a hands-on, high-volume selling role with a clear monthly signup target. You will design and run dedicated outbound campaigns, work the phones, deliver demos, and close practices.
N nYou are also the most experienced seller on the floor. Alongside your own number, you will monitor pipeline quality across the existing sales team, guide reps on messaging and deal strategy,



and set the standard for how ZEISS VisioGen sells. You will not carry people management responsibility;
the Sales Head owns that.
N nYou will work closely with the marketing team and external agencies so that campaigns, content, and outreach reinforce each other.
N n What You Will Do
N Own the Number
N - Deliver 7 to 10 current practice signups per month from your own pipeline.
N - Run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff to onboarding.
N - Prospect at high volumeon US hours: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, referrals, and event follow-up.
N - Engage practice decision-makers: physician owners, practice administrators, office managers, and operations leads.
N - Deliver discovery-led demos that connect ZEISS VisioGen to the practice's patient communication workflow, staff workload, and patient experience goals.
