Job Description
The Senior Manager will assist in land / real estate acquisition and development approvals for greenfield development of resorts across India, by managing and coordinating various aspects as detailed below:

nSite Identification and Evaluation
n
- n
- Identification of potential land parcels by sourcing leads across targeted destinations.n
- Verification of land ownership as per mutation recordsn
- Site visits and collection of technical data, verify building norms to assess the buildability and conversion of land for resort use.n
- Preparing site assessment reports and information dockets for review by the managementn

nPreparation of Site Appraisals & MIS
n
n
- n
- Preparing site assessment and development / resort feasibility reports for review by the managementn
- Updating MIS for Land Bank, deal tracker, targeted destinations, destination assessments on periodic basis.n

nPre-Acquisition aspects
n
- n
- Coordination for technical and legal due diligence of landn




- Manage geo-technical surveys of the lands (both private and by Govt) to identify extent of land, boundaries, contours and developability.n
- Assist in negotiations and transaction closure.n
- Assist in documentation for completing the acquisition.n
- Preparation of checklists and schedules for acquisition and conversion of land.n

nPost-Acquisition Aspects
n
- n
- Securing the site and resolving local issuesn
- Getting the revenue records updated viz. sub-divisions, mutation of land records, etc.n

nLiaise with external / Govt officials for obtaining requisite development approvals
n

- Preparation of schedule of approvals including change of land use, NA conversionsn
- Assist in processing NA conversions and securing related NOC’sn
- Coordinate with liaison consultants and various departments for approvals requiredn
