About the Role NWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary School Head to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic, administrative, operational, and growth functions of the school. - Provide overall leadership and direction to the school in alignment with the organisation’s vision, mission, and values. N
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student outcomes. N
- Lead, mentor, motivate,and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. N
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, systems, processes, and standards. N
- Monitor student discipline, safety, wellbeing, and overall development. N




- Build strong and positive relationships with parents, students, teachers, and other stakeholders. N
- Drive parent engagementand ensure timely resolution of concerns and grievances. N
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, infrastructure, and resource management. N
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to support student admissions, retention, and school growth. N
- Analyse academic and operational performance and implement improvement strategies. N
- Organise and oversee school events, activities, celebrations, and parent engagement initiatives. N
- Ensure compliance with applicable education regulations and school standards. N
- Promote a positive, collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented school environment. N
