Job Description Job Role & Responsibilities:
N n Strategic Outreach& Donor Expansion
N - Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach and business development strategy aligned with institutional growth and campaign goals.
N - Identify, research, andprioritize prospective corporate partners, foundations, industry leaders, and high-capacity individuals.
N - Secure meetings with critical corporate, government and UHNI potential partners
N - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership and funding opportunities.
N - Represent the university in external meetings, industry events, and networking forums to expand institutional visibility
N n Business Development & Revenue Generation
N - Cultivate corporate sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and funding collaborations.
N - Work collaboratively with deans, faculty, and leadership to align academic strengths with external partnership opportunities.
N - Support development of proposals, pitch materials, and partnership agreements
N - Support revenue growth through sponsorships, grants,



programmatic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
N - Track and report on partnership revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
N n Relationship Management & Stewardship
N - Serve as primary liaison for select corporate and community partners.
N - Coordinate executive-level meetings and partnership discussions.
N - Ensure ongoing stewardship and engagement of business partners.
N - Develop tailored engagement strategies for high-value funder and partners
N n Cross-Campus Collaboration
N - Partner with academic units, research centers, and career services to identify business engagement opportunities.
N - Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote partnership successes and impact stories.
N - Support advancement leadership in strategic planning and external engagement initiatives.
N n Data, Reporting & Performance Metrics
N - Maintain accurate records of out
