About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Associate Counsellor to join our admissions counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their academic and career aspirations, recommending suitable courses and colleges, and converting qualified leads into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of the higher-education ecosystem, and proven experience in EdTech/education counselling and admissions sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Admissions:
- Counsel students and parents regarding UG and PG courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, career goals, and financial considerations.
- Recommend suitable courses, colleges, and programs based on student requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, placements, and course structure.
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents until the admission process is completed.
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective lead nurturing.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission
