Job Description Role Overview:
Repro is seeking a hands-on Software D2C Tech Lead who will help to shape up the D2C brand of Repro named Bookscape. The candidate should have a valuable experience in building the D2C product. The candidate will own and scale our direct-to-consumer digital ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and driving innovation across digital touchpoints. The candidate will spend approximately 60% of time in active coding and system design and 40% in technical leadership and team management. This role requires deep engineering capabilities combined with the ability to mentor teams and drive scalable, production-grade architecture. You will work closely with business, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable, data-driven, and customer centric technology solutions.
