Role: Relationship Manager – Commercial Industry: Real Estate

Location: Bangalore – Residency Road

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Week Off)

Role Purpose:

Drive commercial leasing and business development activities.

Build solid relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.

Generate and convert leasing opportunities while achieving business targets.

Manage the leasing pipeline, client relationships and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial leasing and business development strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.

Identify and source commercial properties and suitable tenant opportunities.

Generate, manage and convert leasing leads into closures.

Lead client meetings, property visits and commercial negotiations.

Manage the leasing pipeline, occupancy and revenue targets.

Ensure accurate CRM management, including leads,



properties, deals and renewals.

Drive lease renewals and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations for smooth transaction closure.

Prepare leasing performance reports and provide market insights to management.
