Job Description The Head – Private Client Group will be responsible for leading and scaling the PCG business, driving AUM growth, revenue generation, client acquisition and retention across the HNI/UHNI segment. The role will own the overall business strategy, client proposition, team performance, and profitability while ensuring superior wealth management and investment advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Growth
- Lead, manage, and scale the Private Client Group business in line with the organization's overall growth objectives.
- Own the PCG business P&L;, AUM, revenue, client acquisition, retention, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies, growth plans, and performance frameworks to achieve and exceed annual business targets.
- Identify recent market opportunities, client segments, and growth levers to expand the PCG franchise.
2. HNI/UHNI Client Acquisition, Deepening & Retention
- Drive acquisition of new HNI/UHNI clients through strong market presence, networking, referrals,
and strategic relationships.
- Deepen existing client relationships by understanding their financial goals, investment preferences, risk profiles, and evolving wealth requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Establish a strong client-centric culture focused on trust, transparency, and superior service delivery.
3. AUM & Revenue Generation
- Drive AUM growth through effective cross-selling and up-selling of wealth management and investment solutions.
- Generate revenue by promoting and distributing Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and other relevant investment products.
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share and overall revenue contribution from existing and new relationships.
