nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Business Excellence to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, productivity enhancement, and sustainability initiatives across the plant.




nThe role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, eliminating operational losses, optimizing processes and resources, and building a solid continuous improvement culture through structured Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

nKey Responsibilities
n? Business Excellence & Operational Improvement

- n
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, throughput, efficiency and operational performance.n
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and process losses.n
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects focused on cost reduction and process optimization.n
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production losses and recurring operational issues.n
- Work closely with Production, R&D;, Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other functions to implement improvement initiatives.n
- Drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement across plant operations.n
