Salary: ₹3–5 LPA + ₹3 lakh ESOP

About the RoleWe are looking for confident, energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our learner acquisition team.
You will engage with prospective learners through calls and digital channels,
understand their education and career goals, recommend suitable online degree programmes , and manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.
This is a B2C inside-sales and counselling role with regular follow-ups and monthly enrolment targets.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective learners through inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp and online meetings
- Understand their academic background, work experience and career goals
- Recommend suitable online degree programmes based on their requirements
- Explain programme eligibility, curriculum, fees, university details, financing options and admission process
- Counsel learners and help them make informed education decisions
- Generate, qualify and nurture prospective leads
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment
- Follow up consistently with interested learners
