Role Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic Assistant F&B; Manager to support our Food & Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves assisting in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

- Operations Management: Support daily F&B; operations across outlets and events.n
- Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and address guest needs promptly.n
- Team Development: Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent performance.n
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor supplies, manage requisitions, and support budget control.n
- Event Support: Coordinate F&B; requirements for banquets and special functions.n

nQualifications

- n
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.n
- 6+ years of F&B; experience, including 2 years in a Managerial role.n
- Robust knowledge of service standards and event operations.n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.n
