nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, excellent sourcing and candidate management skills, and be comfortable working in US EST shift timings.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.n
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.n
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.n
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and qualified suitability.n
- Understand candidate work authorization, location, availability, compensation, and other relevant details.n




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients/hiring managers.n
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.n
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities.n
- Negotiate compensation and assist in closing selected candidates.n
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/recruitment trackers.n
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.n
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality.n
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.n
- Hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients or organizations.n
