nWe’re Looking for a BDM Who Thinks Beyond the Script
nWe’re looking for a smart, driven, and highly proactive Business Development Manager who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up.
nThis isn’t a role where you simply follow a calling script or work through a predefined list.
nYou’ll be expected to think, experiment, execute, learn,



and own outcomes across inbound and outbound sales in an Enterprise SaaS / B2B environment .

n What You’ll Own

- Handle and convert inbound sales opportunities into qualified pipeline.n
- Drive outbound sales and prospecting across target accounts.n
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.n
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand buying personas.n
- Decide the right outreach channel, messaging, timing, and approach for different prospects.n
- Develop personalized email, LinkedIn, and other outbound content .n
- Experiment with different outreach methods and continuously optimize for better results.n
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.n
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to improve the overall GTM strategy.n
- Take complete ownership of prospecting activities, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline generation.
