nWe are looking for a CTO who will own the complete technology of the company, not report to someone, but build and lead it.
n
nWhat you will do:
n
- n
- Own the full tech stack end to end - architecture, development, deployment, scalingn
- Build and improve the AI pipeline (OCR, extraction, prompt engineering, model orchestration, evals)n
- Ship production features that paying users depend onn
- Lead the engineering team and set the technical directionn
- Work directly with the founder on product and business decisionsn

nWhat we are looking for:

- Can build and ship full-stack products with full ownership n
- Insanely curious about AI applications (OCR, prompting, model orchestration, RAG, evals)n
- Has prior experience deploying and maintaining production systemsn
- Can lead a team and take complete accountabilityn
- Wants equity ,
