nWhat You Own
n• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, and audit coordination.
n• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring security policies, updates, device compliance, and access controls are consistently enforced.
n• Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring patching, security, and compliance status.
n• Deliver L1/L2 desktop and IT support across Windows, macOS, and basic
