Role Description
The Head of Sales at O2 Cure - take a deep breath is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the sales organization and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance across key markets and channels.



The Head of Sales will oversee account management activities, maintain relationships with key customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and managing the sales team, coordinating with marketing and operations, analyzing sales data and market trends, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for leadership. The role also includes establishing processes, refining pricing and negotiation approaches, and representing the company in high-level client meetings and industry events.

What You Will Own
- Build the team. Hire, train and lead the O2Cure sales team. Set targets, incentives and review rhythm.
- Build the pipeline. Industrial, HNI and residential, commercial spaces, government and institutional tenders, technology and channel partners.
