nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Engineer Intern to join our energetic team in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on technical role not just a support desk. You will work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to diagnose platform issues, support enterprise clients globally, build SOPs, and help make the product better every day.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n▪ Platform issue triage: Investigate bugs, examine logs, isolate root causes.
n▪ Client support: Resolve tickets across global regions; meet SLA timelines.
n▪ Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with product and engineering on escalations.
n▪ SOP and documentation: Write runbooks, guides, and internal knowledge articles.
n▪ Data analysis: Spot trends; reduce recurring ticket volume proactively.
n▪ QA assistance: Test new features before release; flag edge cases.
n▪ Knowledge base: Create user-facing FAQs and help content.
n▪ Process improvement: Suggest workflow fixes no idea is too small.
