n THE ROLE
nThe Product and Engineering team in the Cloud Native Business Unit is looking to bring on a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a team of TPMs focused on driving complex and cross-cutting initiatives and programs to meet our top objectives and key results to delight our customers.
n WHAT YOU'LL DO

- You will take charge using your technical leadership and program management skills to drive execution with high quality for these key initiatives.n




- You will be responsible for establishing best practices, collaborating across multiple business units and managing dependencies and deliverables for multiple programs.n
- You will be working with a global team of software engineers who develop new features and capabilities with a rapid rate of change.n
- You will be responsible for driving multiple parallel product releases in a quick pace environment.n
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.n

n WHAT YOU BRING

- n
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizationsn
- MS in computer science, MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.n
- Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise
