Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the assigned real estate site.
- Drive the sales team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily site visits, walk-ins, bookings, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
- Personally handle and close high-value and critical customer transactions.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase site visits and bookings.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure proper lead generation and campaign execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and maintain strong lead management practices.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings with the team.




- Track individual team performance and provide necessary guidance and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Marketing, and other internal departments.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, inventory status, booking details, and revenue updates.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Mulund and surrounding real estate market.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies at the site.
- Take complete ownership of the site's overall sales performance and business growth.

Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead / Sales Manager / Site Head role.
- Robust experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Mumbai market.
