Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), part of the Mahindra Group, is looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. Manager – Ethics to strengthen our culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
nAs a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in managing ethics investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, driving ethics awareness, and supporting governance initiatives that reinforce our values-driven culture.
nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Lead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations
n✅ Review investigation reports and ensure timely case closure
n✅ Maintain ethics case records and governance documentation
n✅ Prepare leadership and board-level ethics dashboards and reports
n✅ Manage POSH compliance, case tracking, and statutory filings
n✅ Facilitate ethics and POSH training programs across the organization
n✅ Drive ethics awareness and employee engagement initiatives
n✅ Support review and implementation of Ethics and POSH policies
nWhat We're Looking For
n✔ 8+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support roles
n✔ Solid understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks
n✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n✔ High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
n✔ Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reports
