Job SummarynWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of our MG automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, vendor/customer accounts, banking and documentation.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.n
- Maintain and reconcile customer, vendor and bank ledgers.n
- Process vehicle, service, spare parts and other dealership-related invoices.n
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for outstanding payments.n
- Verify purchase invoices, expense bills and supporting documents before processing.n
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.n
- Prepare and maintain TDS-related records,



certificates and supporting documents.n
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.n
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, receipts and payment records.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Administration teams for accounting-related requirements.n
- Assist in OEM/dealer accounting, including reconciliation of claims, incentives, discounts and other receivables.n
- Support month-end closing and preparation of MIS reports.n
- Assist in audit requirements and provide necessary schedules and documents.n
- Ensure timely posting of transactions and accuracy of accounting records.n
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.n

Desired Skillsn

- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.n
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.n
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles
