About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director with strong mainline advertising agency experience to join our creative team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate should be an advertising creative at heart with the ability to take a brief, develop a solid visual idea, and take it through to execution across multiple media. The candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign thinking, visual communication, brand building and advertising craft , rather than being focused only on design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization & Campaign Development
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into strong, original visual concepts and campaign ideas .
- Develop creative routes, key visuals, layouts, mood boards and visual narratives for campaigns.
- Work closely with Copywriters to develop integrated ideas where copy and visual work seamlessly together .




- Contribute to brand campaigns from the initial concept stage through to final execution.
- Develop ideas that are distinctive, culturally relevant and aligned with the brand's communication objectives.

Mainline Advertising & Integrated Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns across Print, Outdoor, Television, Radio, Digital, Social Media, POS and other brand touchpoints .
- Have a strong understanding of how a central campaign idea can be adapted across different media.
- Develop visual language and creative direction for 360-degree/integrated campaigns .
- Ensure that the core idea and visual identity remain consistent across various formats and platforms.

Art Direction & Visual Craft
- Own the overall visual direction and aesthetic quality of assigned brands and campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, photography, illustration and visual storytelling .
- Direct and guide the work of Visualis
