n About the Role
nWe are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a up-to-date, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.
nYou will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.

n Responsibilities

- Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platformn
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsn
- Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panelsn
- Build a consistent design system and reusable UI componentsn
- Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive webn
- Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiencesn




- Collaborate closely with React developers during implementationn
- Review implemented screens and maintain design consistencyn
